Currently studying for a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, third year student. A level History, Sociology and Psychology, AS level English literature. (All grades A-B). 11 GCSE's from A*-B (including Maths, English Language, English Literature, Double Science and History). Tefl Qualified
Experience
Taught English as a foreign language to students in a language school over the summer, gaining experience in planning and delivering lessons within a school environment. Mentored students at college in preparation for A level History and Psychology exams, one of whom achieved an A grade in June under my tutelage after failing in the January exam. Hoping to go on to complete a PGCE teaching qualification after BA degree. I find mentoring students one to one a rewarding experience, especially seeing the improvements that can be made when students have the space and opportunity to talk to a tutor, when in a usual class they may not get the chance.

Hobbies
History. I am very enthusiastic about my subject and enjoy being able to share my passion with others. I currently live in Eastbourne, but am at the University campus in Falmer every day, so am able to meet people from a wide area.
